Due to the perishable nature of our products, Hit the Spot Treats does not accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been processed.

Order Issues, Damages, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or in poor condition, please email us at info@hitthespottreats.com within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • The delivery date

Once we review the information provided, we will determine the best next step. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund. Hit the Spot Treats reserves the right to limit refunds and replacements.
